This website is run by Ringstones Media of Salisbury, Wiltshire. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

Non compliance with the accessibility regulations

Where appropriate, we plan to add text alternatives for all images by September 2020. When we publish new content we will make sure our use of images meets accessibility standards.
Disproportionate burden
In order to comply with the spirit of the regulations, Ringstones Media run basic tests against the (WCAG) 2.1 recommendations. We are guided by W3C's 'How to Meet WCAG (Quick Reference)'as detailed here.
Ringstones Media is confident that this website meets accessibility standards. However, working in association with the web owner, it was decided that due to limited resources, the tests should be run under the government 'disproportionate burden' rules.
Content that's not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and other documents
Many of our older PDFs and Word documents do not meet accessibility standards - for example, they may not be structured so they are accessible to a screen reader. This may not meet WCAG 2.1 success criterion 3.1.2 .
Some of our PDFs and Word documents may be employed to provide our services. For example, we may have PDFs with information on how users can access our services, or forms published as Word documents.
